Here's a new idea for you -

1. Remove all Land from the market economy.

2. Charge leases on all Land based on demand.

3. Take 100% of the resulting revenue from the leases and distribute equally to every man, woman and child in the form of a yearly Land Dividend Check.

BINGO - this effectively makes the average piece of Land free to everyone. Pure, simple and easy. Pure Liberty!
