EMI revamp: finally starting with a global approach

"This means that we will move from a regional business model to a global functional model in which the primary reporting lines are aligned to the functions and not to geographical location

Finally, a major record company with a global structure. It takes guts to make drastic changes, and EMI seems to have them, now.
