This presentation is in GERMAN LANGUAGE (at least certain parts of it are); addressing issues such as the decline of the hit culture, the move towards open ecosystems, why the quest for filtering ISP traffic is doomed, why the music industry has no choice but to move towards an open access system (and the flat rate), why sharing is more powerful then preventing etc. 10MB pdf
