I subscribe to your feed with Google Reader. I want to offer some honest (and hopefully constructive) criticism.
The subject lines of your posts don't make me want to read them -- they are full of too many numerals, proper nouns, and abbreviations. I don't know what most of these topics are as I scan across them. I think that if you used plain english about IDEAS it could be more effective for someone like me, who is uninitiated into all of the jargon.
A perfect example of what works is:
"The 5 Creepiest Advertising Techniques of the (Near) Future | Cracked.com"
I really enjoyed reading it! I even forwarded it to some people. In contrast, you have the recent:
"Cory Doctorow on 3 Strikes and you're out, the Olivennes proposal, and the IFPI - ISP going-ons"
I don't know what any of that means! The title SHOULD tell someone like me why it is important to read. Think of it as a jingle or band name.
I hope this is of some benefit to you, and if it's not, then don't get the idea I am just being a jerk. I think you are doing good work and I look forward to trying to decipher your articles!
