"Have your say" is everywhere now - the 2-way conversations are changing everything.

Everywhere, both online and offline, people are being invited to talk-back, contribute, share, remix, forward, discuss, rate ... what a change from only 3 years ago.  Engagement is now more important than 'consumer control', and The Conversation Economy is here indeed. What will TV and Radio do about this...?
