danke für das ganze Gedankenfutter!
Ich stelle mir das kommende Szenerio nun so vor, dass ich als Künstler meine Musik über das Internet vermarkte, in dem ich sie dort frei bei geeigneten ISP's zur Verfügung stelle.
Da der Kunde nun vorallem nach dem guten Service, der Aufbereitung etc. sucht, um in dem Dschungel des Angebotes das zu finden, was er mag, wird er Portale nutzen, die diese Metadaten liefern und dafür auch gerne Geld bezahlen.
Sein Geld fließt also erst einmal in die Taschen dieser Anbieter.
Meine Frage ist jetzt: wie findet von hier ausgehend eine Verteilung der Einnahmen statt?
Es gibt zwar noch andere Ideen zu Mehrwert-Angeboten wie T-Shirt, schöne CD's usw.usf.. für mich und viele, die ich kenne, gehts aber nicht um den "um die Musik herumgebauten schnickschnack", sondern nur um die Musik selber. Wie sieht das Modell aus, was den Gewinn der ISP's mit den Künstlern verrechnet? Bezahlung per Stream-Abruf? Werbeeinnahmen-Beteilung?

Hi Jonathan, I will reply in English so that my readers can all read this;) First of all, the decision to license to ISPs needs to be made by ALL rightsholders, collectively, not individually, otherwise it won't work for anyone. Then, the money goes into a pool which is split up by actual / actuarial use of the music -- i.e. you get a percentage based on actual usage. The ISPs could pay via a percentage of revenues (ads, or all?), like radio, or via a fixed $ per user. Of course, the goal would be to get 3rd parties to cover most of the music costs so that extra $$ can be generated.
