We will use audio, video, and screen-sharing as needed.

I have been using gotowebinar and gotomeeting for a while and it's turning out to be a good and simple tool for online conferencing, presentations and discussions.  Many of my clients have been asking me to offer some kind of 'virtual office hour' where they can just come in and ask me stuff; therefore I have decided to give this a try - see the details below.
